🔒 Shop Kiosk Setup

Mark this specific device as the permanent shop kiosk. Once trusted, it opens directly to the clock screen without a field PIN — even after updates. Only do this on the shop iPad.

First-Time Setup

Seeds Mike Bearden, Rick Soto, and Cesar Gonzalez as employees, and loads all US federal holidays for 2025–2026. Safe to run multiple times.
